The role 
Own a display and a territory. 
Convert quality, multi-channel leads into happy clients and clean contracts. 
Guide buyers from "just looking" to "let's build," balancing design, budget, siteworks, energy efficiency and orientation. 
You'll have a capable drafting/estimating crew, transparent price-hold processes, and a marketing engine that actually delivers. 
What you'll do 
Run a high-performing display (weekends included) and manage a disciplined pipeline in the CRM. 
Qualify hard, present smarter: match block width/depth/orientation to the right plan and offer smart alternates. 
Set realistic expectations on siteworks, timelines and compliance (7-Star, developer guidelines) without killing the dream. 
Produce clean PPAs and contracts first-time, minimise rework/fall-over, and hand clients to prestart with confidence. 
Collaborate—no lone wolves—across marketing, drafting, estimating and construction to keep deals moving. 
You'll thrive here if you 
Have 2+ years in current homes/property/finance (or you're a rapid learner with serious drive). 
Can read plans, talk siteworks and services without melting people's brains. 
Are data-honest in the CRM: activity, pipeline, CPL/CPD awareness, fall-over control. 
Are coachable, resilient and team-first. 
No egos. 
If you make your manager redundant, call it a win. 
Communicate like a pro—clear, calm and human. 
How we pay (straight talk) 
Commissions are paid at formal finance approval, that's when it's real. 
We also offer an optional monthly income-smoothing arrangement tied to your live pipeline and performance. 
It's designed to keep producers focused on clients, not cash-flow timing.
