As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with disabilities to participate in social and recreational activities. This may involve supporting clients in their daily lives, helping them to develop skills and independence, and promoting their overall well-being.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also require basic first aid training and manual handling skills.

Responsibilities
* Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
* Support clients to participate in social and recreational activities, such as outings and group programs
* Help clients to develop skills and independence, such as cooking and budgeting
* Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support - Disability, current National Police Check
