Sales Administrator

**Your new company**

This role will see you join a fast-growing and innovative building and construction firm headquartered right here on the Sunshine Coast With a combined 60 + years' experience in the construction industry, they have a well-earned reputation in both large and small scare commercial and residential developments.

**Your new role**

This newly created role will see you provide on-time and high level support to a high-performing New Home Specialist. Your main duties and responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to;
- Assisting the Special Projects team with day-to-day duties
- Data entry using our specialist CRM
- Answer sales enquiries and distribute leads to our new home specialists
- Book meetings with key stakeholders such as financiers, developers and clients
- Liaise with developers and real estate agents to list house and land packages on their website
- Liaising with contractors such as geotechs, engineers, and other specialist consultants
- Tender and contract documentation
- Working closely with the sales agents to provide critical and responsible support
- Prepare and develop written content
- Providing various detailed weekly / monthly reports

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous industry experience in similar role, Construction, Real Estate and / or Legal preferred.
- Confidence and professional level of communication both verbal and written with clients and professionals
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word - Essential)
- Ability to work autonomously prioritise and manage a wide range of tasks
- Well-organised with excellent time management skills and a keen attention to detail
- You are self-motivated, able to use initiative and work autonomously
