About this Role
We're looking for a Coordinator of Supports to empower people living with disabilities to build skills, connect with their community and achieve their goals under the NDIS.
You'll work directly with clients and families, coordinating services that promote independence, inclusion and choice — delivered at home and in the community.
* Coordinate supports and life transitions
* Support employment, community access and independent travel
* Build daily living and life skills with clients
* Provide early intervention where needed
The successful candidate will have:
* Qualifications or experience in Disability, Social Work, Education or related field
* Experience supporting adults and/or children with disabilities
* Strong understanding of person-centred and strengths-based practice
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to work independently, manage time and meet deadlines
* Confident with budgets, reporting and Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of NDIS processes and disability-related legislation
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
* NSW Working with Children's Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* National Police Check
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Ability to engage respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds
