The RoleWe are seeking a Project Manager to lead ICT delivery across managed services onboarding, customer transitions, security uplift programs and broader infrastructure projects.You will own projects from initial discovery through to operational handover, ensuring delivery is structured, well governed and clearly communicated. You will work closely with our Technical Support team, DSS security specialists and Sales to ensure every engagement reflects the high standard expected.This is not an administrative coordinator role. We are looking for someone confident enough to lead customers, coordinate engineers and drive outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnd to End Project Ownership• Define scope, milestones and measurable outcomes• Build and manage structured project plans• Control timelines, risks and dependencies• Ensure clean transition into ongoing support
Stakeholder Leadership• Lead kickoff meetings and set clear expectations• Provide structured progress updates• Translate technical detail into practical business outcomes• Manage scope variations professionally and confidently
Internal Coordination• Align engineering resources effectively working closely with Lead Projects Engineer and Technical Support Manager • Maintain strong documentation standards• Continuously improve delivery frameworks as we scale
Commercial Oversight• Track labour allocation and project budgets• Protect margin and manage scope• Identify environment uplift and security improvement opportunities
What We're Looking For• Proven experience managing ICT or managed services projects• Strong stakeholder communication skills• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects• Confidence working alongside senior engineers• Structured, organised and commercially aware mindset• A proactive approach to risk and problem solving• A good human who operates with integrity, accountability and a team first attitude

Experience across Microsoft 365, infrastructure refresh, security uplift or hybrid environments will be highly regarded. Formal project management qualifications are beneficial, however demonstrated delivery capability and leadership presence are more important.
