Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lighting checks and replacement, minor painting & plastering repairs, and minor carpentry and plumbing repairs throughout the building.
* Assist with emergency issues after hours if called upon.
* Communicate effectively with other staff and contractors to ensure a smooth working relationship.
Requirements:
* Valid work rights in Australia.
* National Police Check.
* Working with Vulnerable People's Check.
* Valid Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle.
* Current First Aid + CPR certification.
