The Role:
Discover is a unique souvenir store concept that recreates a sense of the local culture within each outlet. The concept offers travelers an experiential playground, with a strong sense of place and a well‐thought customer shopping experience, where they can find authentic, high quality and affordable gifts and souvenirs.
Availability
* Minimum availability 3‐4 days per week
* Weekends are regarded but not essential, flexibility is crucial
* Own transport needed to cover early and late shifts
What You'll Do:
* Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
* Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
* Keep the store looking vibrant & well‐stocked
* Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
* Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner
What We're Looking For:
* Passion for customer service & sales
* Confident communicator with a positive attitude
* Well‐groomed & professionally presented
* Retail experience? Great! But not essential—we'll train you!
* Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
* Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
