The Opportunity
We're looking for a skilled Telephone Debt Collection Specialist to join our supportive environment. In this role, you'll be the vital link in helping customers resolve their accounts with professionalism, empathy, and effective negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer calls with empathy, patience, and professionalism to reach fair solutions.
* Negotiate payment arrangements to resolve outstanding accounts.
* Manage high-pressure situations with quick thinking and adaptability.
* Collaborate with colleagues to meet and exceed team targets.
Requirements
* Work a minimum of 4 shifts per week (Monday to Friday).
* Be available for at least 30 hours per week - preference given to those who can work more.
* Commit to at least 18 months in the role - or longer.
