CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently partnering with a well-regarded civil contractor to source an experienced Project Manager for full-time, permanent work across Queensland and Northern New South Wales. This role will suit a motivated individual with a strong background in civil infrastructure delivery, capable of overseeing projects from tender to completion while maintaining high safety, quality, and client service standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee concurrent civil and marine infrastructure projects. Manage all phases of project delivery including planning, procurement, and execution. Lead and support site-based teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and HSEQ policies. Manage commercial elements including supplier agreements and claim submissions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes. Provide technical input across D&C projects and liaise with consultants as needed. Our Ideal Candidate Degree qualified in Civil, Geotechnical, or Mechanical Engineering. Proven experience in project management within the civil infrastructure sector. Skilled in tendering, procurement, QA, and commercial claim processes. Exceptional time management and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills. Current Australian Driver’s Licence (mandatory). First Aid certification (desirable).
