About the role Reporting to the CEO, this standalone HR leadership role will establish the people, culture and organisational foundations required to support continued growth. Acting as a trusted adviser to the CEO, Management Team and Board, you will drive organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership capability and performance frameworks. Key priorities include building structured hiring and onboarding processes, embedding consistent performance and development rhythms, supporting leaders through change, managing employee relations matters and strengthening people systems, governance and reporting.
