The Opportunity
We're searching for a motivated Client Success Coordinator to join our growing Melbourne team. This isn't your typical desk job. What You'll Do
Onboard Clients onto Our Purpose-Built Platform
Welcome new clients and guide them through our proprietary software, helping them get set up, confident, and ready to succeed. You'll be the friendly voice that makes technology feel easy.
Keep Projects Moving
Proactively check in with clients to help them stay on track with key milestones. You'll be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Build Genuine Relationships
Connect with clients via phone and video to answer questions, share best practices, and keep them engaged. You'll become someone they trust and rely on.
Create Clear Roadmaps
Collaborate with clients to develop tailored action plans that align with their goals, helping them see the path forward and celebrate their wins.
Become the Expert
You'll be trained in the world of tax incentives and grants, building valuable knowledge that sets you apart in your career.
Who You Are

Experience
Must have:
* Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a customer service or client-facing role
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Highly valued:
* Experience in B2B environments, working directly with business owners or stakeholders
* Background in client coordination, account support, or customer success
* Experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
* Exposure to agency, SaaS, or professional services environments
