About the role
The Primary role is to deliver a variety of cookery qualifications at both Mobilong and Caddel prisons, and to provide a quality educational service of training and assessment. Lecturers may also be involved in the provision of consultancy services to industry/community clients.
Got What It Takes?
* A broad range of contemporary industry experience and deep understanding of the Cookery Industry.
* An understanding of the Australian skills Quality Authority (ASQA)
* Demonstrated evidence of the application of training package delivery and assessment to a range of learners from a broad range of units of competency within Commercial Cookery qualifications.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
