This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied position - balancing recruitment, onboarding, safety systems, training coordination and day to day HR administration. Some travel to Kalgoorlie will be required, giving you the chance to connect with our operational teams and see the impact of your work firsthand.

Qualifications
* Experience in HR/WHS administration
* Experience with the Mining Industry Award (highly regarded)
* Personnel management of supervisory experience
