We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our growing and evolving team. Within this role you will bring your customer focused attitude to work on a variety of administrative tasks with your flexible and agile approach.
This will be a permanent, full-time position based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home. working arrangement post training.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Confident in managing iing and outgoing phone calls to internal and external stakeholders.
2. Provide a range of administrative and support services with an excellent attention to detail.
3. Ability to balancepeting priorities, meet deadlines and work with a large volume of tasks
4. Co-ordinate medical/travel bookings and liaise with third party providers.
5. Strongputer skills and able to manage multiple systems at one time.
