As a skilled pastry artisan, you will play a vital role in crafting high-quality baked goods for discerning customers.
Key responsibilities include measuring and combining ingredients, mixing and shaping dough, preparing filling mixtures, testing ingredients and finished products, decorating and displaying finished products, interacting with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A Certificate III or IV in Retail Baking (or equivalent)
* Minimum 2 years of proven baking experience
* Passion for baking and desire to continually develop skills
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Capacity to work well within a team environment
