About the Role A well-established residential builder is seeking a motivated Site Supervisor to join their construction team delivering quality homes across South West Sydney and surrounding areas, with projects extending towards Wollongong. This role will suit someone looking to grow their career within residential construction while working within a highly structured and process-driven environment. The position combines site supervision with administrative responsibilities, requiring someone comfortable managing both on-site coordination and office-based project systems. You will work closely with experienced leadership while gaining exposure to a strong pipeline of residential projects and long-term career progression opportunities. Tasks & Responsibilities * Supervise residential construction projects to ensure quality, safety and programme targets are met * Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers on site * Monitor build progress and ensure works are delivered to company standards * Complete project administration including data entry, documentation and reporting * Maintain accurate site records and update internal systems * Liaise with project managers, trades and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery * Ensure WHS compliance across all stages of construction * Assist with project scheduling and coordination of site activities Skills & Experience * Certificate III and IV in Building & Construction (essential) MUST have completed an Apprenticeship (Carpentary) * Previous experience within Volume residential construction or site supervision * Strong understanding of residential building processes and site coordination * Ability to manage both site-based responsibilities and project administration * Strong organisational and communication skills * Builder's Licence not essential but willingness to obtain in the future preferred * Australian working rights required Benefits & Perks * Full-time opportunity with a reputable residential builder * Projects across South West Sydney and Wollongong regions * Salary $110K - $120K vehicle, phone and tablet * Opportunity to grow within a structured and process-driven construction team * Exposure to a strong pipeline of residential projects About the Company Our client is a well-established residential builder delivering high-quality homes across Sydney.
