Job Title: Park Maintenance Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Park Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the park is well-maintained and meets our high standards.
Responsibilities:
* Attend to general repairs and maintenance, including plumbing fixes and door adjustments
* Maintain the appearance of outdoor spaces with mowing, weeding, hedging, and pruning
* Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are safely stored and properly maintained
* Clean exterior villa areas, including windows, decking, and pathways
Requirements:
* Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, or handyman work
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
* A valid driver's licence
* Availability to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster
