About the role
Devils Brew Coffee House, is a popular café in the heart of Colac, VIC, is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our passionate team. This full time role is ideal for someone looking to hit the ground running and join a young and dynamic team.
Must be able to cope in a fast paced environment, whilst producing quality coffee.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing espresso, filter, and specialty coffee to the highest standardS
* Delivering warm, friendly, and efficient service to every customer
* Supporting junior staff with training, guidance, and feedback
* Maintaining a clean, organised workspace and following food safety guidelines
* Assisting with general café duties including helping FOH & stock management
What we're looking for
* Previous barista experience with solid coffee knowledge
* A natural leader who can support and motivate a team
* Strong customer service skills and a welcoming personality
* Attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for hospitality and eagerness to learn
* Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
