You'll help develop team capabilities and deepen OT/industry knowledge, offering strategic guidance and executing department-level plans that drive long-term success. Lead the design, implementation, and support of OT networks across sites. Own the operational health and security of networks. Ensure OT network environments are compliant with site standards, cybersecurity frameworks, and safety protocols Develop and mentor internal technical staff, fostering team capability, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvemen Maintain documentation, technical roadmaps, and lifecycle plans for OT network infrastructure To thrive in this role, you'll bring a mix of strong technical depth, leadership capability, and the ability to work collaboratively across complex operational environments. Proven experience managing complex systems and resolving technical challenges with sound judgement and confident decision-making. A track record of providing technical leadership and support to cross-functional teams and stakeholders Solid understanding of OT systems, industrial protocols and SCADA/PLC environments. Experience working on or supporting OT networks in oil & gas, mining or heavy industrial environments. Mandatory tickets for site access, i.e. White Card, Medicals etc Degree and/or Masters in Engineering or Information Technology, with extensive relevant and practical experience.
