CAMILLA is seeking a retail superstar to join our Mosman Boutique on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate is driven, passionate and experienced, with a knack for styling and mentoring a team.
Responsibilities
As a Leading Angel at CAMILLA, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Boutique, as well as leading your tribe through every collection.
The role includes rostering, training and hiring with the support of the Head Office team, delivering a high standard of customer service, and fostering close relationships with customers.
You will also oversee visual merchandising and people management.
Maintain the highest level of service to our retail customers
Have extensive product knowledge and act as the storyteller of CAMILLA
Lead their Boutique Tribe by example using the CAMILLA values
Meet KPIs and coach others to achieve theirs
Take responsibility for the Boutique's Visual Merchandising and sensory experience
Implement innovative approaches to retain and attract customers
Ensure that the Boutique and its angels are in line with CAMILLA standards
Qualifications
A confident and bright retailer with strong retail experience (2 years minimum)
An individual who understands customer service and can tailor in-store experiences to each customer
Someone who relishes the beautiful surroundings of the boutique and wants to maintain this to the highest standard
An empathetic and kind leader
A retail thoroughbred, with proven experience and success in sales and KPIs
A presentable and passionate angel who is a brand ambassador
