FULL TIME casual hours to start, with full time contract to follow!
We’re a renovation and property maintenance business on the Central Coast, delivering kitchens, bathrooms, decks, pergolas, repaints, plaster repairs, property clean-ups and more! From small fixes and tidy-ups to renovations, we’re a true one-stop trade shop. And our business is booming! We have so many jobs on the go that we need an extra pair of hands! All our techs are flat out so we’re on the hunt for three great people to join our crew:
Qualified Carpenter (cert lll or higher) - immediate start
Labourer/Truck Driver (LR or higher license required) - immediate start

Employment will begin on the relevant award wage under a casual arrangement for a three-month probation period. At the three-month review (when moving to full-time employment), performance and capability will be assessed, and pay rates may be reviewed at this stage.
$30 per day worked vehicle allowance paid on top of wages
Paid day off in your birthday month every year
Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm (early finishes = more free time!)
Work shirts will be provided

Qualified Carpenter - certificate lll or higher
We need an experienced carpenter, certificate lll or higher, to deliver quality renovations and maintenance work - kitchens, bathrooms, decks, pergolas, and more.
You’ll be great at:
- Following plans and completing jobs on time and to spec
- Supporting apprentices and coordinating with other trades
- Keeping tools and vehicles maintained and sites tidy
- Delivering top-quality work with minimal defects or callbacks
We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail to complete painting and plastering works that make our projects shine.
You’ll be great at:
- Prepping, patching, sanding, painting, and applying finishes smoothly
- Working to timeframes while maintaining amazing quality
- Keeping sites clean, safe, and client-ready
- Being patient and thorough, ensuring a professional finish every time
This role is for someone who enjoys variety, physical work, and keeping things moving.
You’ll be great at:
- Driving tip runs, pickups, and deliveries safely
- Clearing out rubbish from homes and sites daily
- Assisting carpenters when needed as an extra set of hands
- Staying adaptable - happy to change tasks on the spot if plans shift
Must hold a valid truck licence (LR or higher) to legally operate and drive company trucks.
Able to safely load, secure, and transport materials or rubbish.
Confident driving to the tip, suppliers, and various work sites.
A clean driving record is essential.
