Job Summary
We are seeking experienced caregivers to provide one-on-one care and support to elderly individuals in their own homes. As a caregiver, you will assist clients with daily activities, personal care, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Support clients with mobility issues, including transferring and positioning
* Encourage social interaction and help clients stay connected with family and friends
* Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or a related qualification
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassion and empathy when working with clients
* Reliability and flexibility to meet the needs of clients
