The Role:
As a Chef de Partie, you will be a crucial part of our kitchen engine room. You will be responsible for running a specific section with precision, consistency, and flair. You'll work closely with the Sous and Executive Chef to maintain our high standards and contribute to menu development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a specific section (e.g., sauces, grill, larder) during service, ensuring timely and precise execution of dishes.
* Maintain impeccable standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety (HACCP).
* Assist with food preparation, mise en place, and stock rotation.
* Uphold portion control and minimize waste.
* Support and guide Commis Chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
* Ensure your section and equipment are kept clean and organized at all times.
About You:
* You have proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a Demi Chef de Partie ready for a step up, preferably within a busy, high-quality restaurant or venue.
* You thrive under pressure and can maintain a cool head during demanding services.
* You possess a strong understanding of modern culinary techniques and a passion for food.
* You are a reliable, punctual, and positive team player with a strong work ethic.
* You have excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and grow.
