Based in Newcastle or on the Central Coast, the **Area Manager** will play a vital role in guiding, inspiring, and cultivating their teams across multiple locations along the NSW East Coast. Leveraging your exceptional leadership abilities, sales acumen, and operational expertise, you will enhance sales performance in your region.
**Key areas of responsibility include**:
- Increase standards of customer service.
- Provide training and development for staff.
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis.
- Ensure quality consistency across the region.
- Maximise sales and profitability in the region.
- Set sales targets for individual locations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- At least 5+ years' experience in sales and/or management.
- Willing to travel up to 75 percent of the time.
- Strong analytical skills - the ability to identify opportunities through the analysis of reports.
- Proven experience of meeting sales targets.
- A robust retail background with a passion to achieve company KPI's.
- Robust leadership and people management skills.
- The ability to work in an intense fast pace environment.
