Our Mission
We support people to build capacity and reach meaningful outcomes through collaborative, therapeutic care. We deliver this through the provision of A llied Health, Youth Residential, Support Coordination, Lifestyle Support, and Out of Home Care services across South East Queensland.
About the Role
As a Youth Worker, you’ll play a vital role in:
* Providing direct care and support to young people in residential settings
* Implementing care plans and therapeutic programs tailored to individual needs
* Supporting community access, recreational activities, and everyday learning opportunities
* Promoting safety, resilience, and positive behavioural modelling
* Collaborating with families, caseworkers, and multidisciplinary teams
* Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to relevant legislation and standards

About You
You’re someone who:
* Has experience working with young people with complex behaviours and trauma
* Demonstrates empathy, patience, and emotional resilience
* Is confident working independently and collaboratively
* Communicates effectively and professionally
* Is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for youth
* Is adaptable and able to think on your feet in challenging situations
Requirements
* Certificate IV or higher in Youth Work, Child & Family Intervention, Community Services, or similar
* Working with Children Check (Blue Card – Paid)
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card – Paid)
* Current QLD Driver’s Licence (Green P accepted with approval)
* Comprehensive car insurance and registration
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
Completion or willingness to complete:
* Hope and Healing training
* Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI)
* Etrainu modules
* Other relevant learning as required
