Lead a premium retail showroom with full accountability for sales performance and operational excellence The Opportunity: A highly regarded, independently owned luxury retailer is seeking a commercially driven Retail Operations & Sales Manager to lead performance, people and operational execution across its flagship showroom. Key Responsibilities: The Role You will take ownership of both operational performance and retail sales execution, ensuring the showroom operates at the highest standard while delivering strong commercial results.
