Additionally, you will provide both strategic direction and hands-on leadership across Finance, Payroll, Office Management, Fiscal Governance, and Risk Management functions. You will play a key role in shaping the financial health and operational efficiency of the organisation within an enterprise resource planning environment.

Responsibilities
- Forecast staffing needs and recruit skilled professionals to meet organisational demands.
- Drive talent retention through career development, skills training, and employee engagement.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance departmental efficiency and service delivery.
- Oversee quarterly budget reviews and lead the annual budget development process.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
- Manage external audit processes and statutory end-of-financial-year functions.
- Lead the annual insurance renewal process, ensuring comprehensive asset coverage.

About You
- Experience managing and developing senior finance professionals
- Extensive experience in Accounting, including budgeting, forecasting, debt collection, and formal reporting.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven internal management experience in a corporate accounting environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to provide strategic advice under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable across diverse audiences.
