About The Role
This position is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in maximising store performance through key areas of team management, sales, visual merchandising and expense control, while focusing on delivering a premium customer experience.
* Retail Management experience in a high-end or premium retail environment is essential.
* The successful candidate will drive store performance and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
* They will also train, develop and motivate team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
* Prioritisation and organisational skills are also necessary.
* A passion for fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer-focused service rooted in the brand's authenticity and confidence.
* Assist in managing budgets, interpreting financial reports and crafting efficient rosters.
* Support the Manager in driving team performance, productivity and skill development, nurturing a culture of growth for our team members.
