Maintenance and Asset Reliability Manager Role
The primary objective of this role is to ensure the reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance of a mining and civil equipment fleet and associated facilities. To achieve this, you will be responsible for proactive maintenance planning, equipment performance monitoring, and compliance management.
This position requires an individual with a strong understanding of mining and civil mobile equipment maintenance practices, as well as experience in asset reliability systems, compliance reporting, and maintenance planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement cost-efficient maintenance strategies to maximise asset uptime and reduce maintenance costs.
* Evaluate and analyse data from various sources, including oil sampling results, telematics, and condition monitoring reports, to identify trends and improve equipment reliability.
* Collaborate with maintenance planners, site supervisors, and OEM representatives to optimise asset performance and availability.
