MARS Healthcare is currently recruiting experienced Primary Health Care Nurses to support a range of regional and remote health services across the Northern Territory.
Through our partnerships with multiple Aboriginal Medical Services providers, we offer contract opportunities within well-supported, team-based clinics, delivering essential primary health care.

About the Role
You will be working within regional and remote primary health care clinics, providing comprehensive, culturally safe care across a broad scope of practice.
Key responsibilities include:
* General primary health assessments
* Chronic disease management
* Immunisations
* Women's and child health
* Health screening and prevention programs
* Care coordination and referrals
* Community health education and promotion
About You
To be considered, you will need:
* Full AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (unrestricted)
* 3+ years post-graduate experience
* Experience in regional or rural community health settings
* Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
* Ability to work autonomously
* Chronic disease management experience
* Immunisation accreditation
* Current ALS & BLS
* Current Australian driver's licence
* Full working rights in Australia
* Ability to commit to a 4–12 week contract
Highly desirable:
* Cultural safety training
* Remote or Aboriginal health experience
* PHARMACO
Contract Details
* Start dates: February, March and April 2026
* Contract length: 4–12 weeks
* Location: Regional and remote NT communities
* Extensions: Possible depending on service needs
