The Role
You will work alongside and support a dedicated team to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality oyster production. You will play an important role in day-to-day operations while contributing to planning, team performance and continuous improvement.
* Support and lead daily oyster farm operations
* Maintain high standards of safety, quality and productivity
* Assist with planning, workflow coordination and team supervision
* Contribute to operational improvements and efficiency
This full-time position offers genuine long-term opportunity. For the right candidate, the role provides a supported pathway into senior management, including mentoring and nationally recognised training.
Relocation assistance may be considered for applicants seeking to relocate or move to coastal Tasmania.
Qualifications
* Currently residing in Australia
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport
* Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work
* Strong work ethic and ability to lead within a team environment
* Experience in aquaculture, marine operations or similar industries
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience
