JAX Tyres & Auto Geelongis excited to welcome a new, experienced Assistant Store Manager to their friendly team. In this role, you will support managing our busy workshop, developing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers and team members. You will lead and work closely with sales staff, motor mechanics, tyre technicians and wheel aligners to deliver the best service to our valued customers, ensuring everyone leaves our store happy and with peace of mind driving. Your day-to-day tasks would include:
- Supporting managing the workshop with a positive, can-do attitude
- Attending to customers and providing exceptional customer experience
- Motivating, encouraging and communicating with your team
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Assisting the Franchisee in optimizing the business
**About you**
- Must have good knowledge of vehicle repair and servicing
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with customers and team members
- You're approachable and possess exceptional leadership skills
- Enthusiastic attitude and strive to achieve KPIs
- Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in the automotive and tyre industry

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
