About the role
Procrete Australia is seeking an experienced Concreter to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a leading Concrete construction company that is dedicated to delivering high-quality concrete solutions.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing and pouring concrete foundations, slabs, and other concrete structures
* Preparing & placement of exposed aggregate along with washing / Sealing
* Finishing concrete surfaces to meet project specifications and industry standards
* Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the concrete pouring process
* Collaborating with the broader construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
* Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Concreter, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality concrete work.
* Experience across residential concrete, commercial concrete, industrial concrete, decorative concrete, and exposed aggregate work is required.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Dedication to safety and a commitment to following all relevant regulations and procedures
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients
* Australian citizenship is required for this position.
* Must have current W.A driver's licence
* Own transport
* Drug free
* Be able to do 5 days a week
