The Role

As Corporate Receptionist & Office Coordinator, you will:

* Manage a busy corporate switchboard and front‐of‐house reception
* Create a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors
* Identify new client enquiries or opportunities to increase services
* Coordinate meetings, catering, and small internal events
* Manage mail, couriers, office supplies, and general admin
* Support internal teams while keeping the office running efficiently

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same, combining reception duties, office coordination, client interaction, and administrative support.

About You

* Experience in corporate reception or front‐of‐house roles
* Confident managing a busy switchboard or high‐volume calls
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to multitask
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, calendars)
* Enjoys being the professional face of an organisation and supporting a smooth‐running office

Experience coordinating meetings or small office events is highly regarded.
