Bugardi is continuing to grow, and we're on the lookout for skilled and motivated Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (HVAC) Technicians to join our expanding team.
About the Role
This is a FIFO role working on a 2:1 roster (two weeks on, one week off), supporting a range of mining and camp maintenance operations. You'll be working alongside a diverse and experienced team, delivering high-quality outcomes for Tier 1 clients.

What We're Looking For
Successful candidates will have:
* Previous experience in camp maintenance, mining construction, or maintenance
* Restricted Electrical Licence
* WA Driver's Licence (C Class or LR+)
* Construction White Card
* Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights
* A strong commitment to safety — the safe way is the only way
* Genuine passion for your trade
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Leadership through a team-first approach
