Sales Estimator | Commercial Construction & Metalwork
Full-Time | Reporting to COO
Location – Dandenong South – On Site
Monday to Friday
* Play a pivotal role in sales and estimating processes
* Work closely with our client's dynamic sales team
* Opportunity to contribute to diverse project estimations
Core Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed cost estimates, tenders, and proposals
* Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project scope
* Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) and pricing
* Conduct site measurements and take-offs
* Manage RFQs, quotations, and tender follow-ups
* Maintain CRM pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
* Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Key Requirements
* Mechanical Engineering qualification
* 3+ years' experience in estimating or similar role
* Background in commercial construction / fabrication / metalwork
* Strong skills in reading engineering & shop drawings
* 2D & 3D CAD experience
* Exposure to project coordination / delivery
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
* Current driver's licence
