Job Title: Strategic Procurement Advisor
We are seeking an experienced and skilled procurement professional to join our team as a Strategic Procurement Advisor.
About the Role:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and strategic procurement advice to internal and external project staff, supervising all procurement transactions, and maintaining procurement records.
* They will oversee and monitor the implementation of procurement policies, systems, and frameworks, providing accurate and timely reporting on all procurement matters to ensure best practice processes are followed by project teams across all HI projects.
About You:
* To be successful in this role, you will need to have hands-on experience in conducting procurements and implementing strategies.
* You will also need to have an in-depth understanding of NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework and be conversant with procurement requirements across multiple categories including infrastructure and goods and services.
* Additionally, you will need to have well-developed stakeholder management skills in a fast-moving environment, be adept at working autonomously, and skilled at prioritizing tasks.
* You will also need to be quick at adjusting to new processes and learning new systems and be a team player able to handle a large volume of work when required.
