In this role, you will be the heart of our hotel, providing a warm welcome that begins a memorable experience for our guests to the sincere farewell on departure.
You will be responsible for logging requests, assisting guests with luggage, organizing transportation, valet parking, and fulfilling a variety of other needs our guests may have.
This is a busy and varied guest-facing role that requires excellent attention to detail, a commitment to high standards, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Your personal presentation and ability to take ownership and resolve any issue or request will be key to creating a seamless, luxury experience for our guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Guest Service Experience: We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role within Hotel or Guest Service.
* Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards are essential for this role.
* Lifting and Manual Handling: You will need to be able to lift, push, and pull large objects up to 23kgs.
* Driver's License: A valid unrestricted Driver's License is required.
