Senior retail operations manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Retail Operations Manager to lead our team in Toowoomba. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store, including merchandising and stock integrity, staff and customer interaction, financial management, and operational standards.


Key Responsibilities:

* Operational Excellence: Oversee the efficient operation of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service and sales performance.
* Leadership and Development: Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
* Financial Management: Manage the store's budget, controlling costs and driving revenue growth through effective inventory management and pricing strategies.


Requirements:

* Retail Experience: Proven experience in a senior retail operations role, with a strong understanding of key performance indicators for a retail business.
* Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams and motivate staff, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management, inventory control, and operational processes.
