Senior Director Business Development Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Business Development to lead our team in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

* Develop strong relationships with utility partners to expand existing accounts and generate new long-term relationships.
* Manage account plans that drive revenue growth through the delivery of call volume, web volume, and new solution sales.
* Manage contract renewals/negotiations and day-to-day KPIs and escalations inside the portfolio.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence the go-to-market strategy of both established and start-up components of the platform.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of business development experience working on enterprise, multimillion-dollar deals, and knowledge of call center operations, digital channel integrations, customer experience, and team culture required to maximize audience capture.
