Are you ready to drive the performance, reliability and evolution of our core communications platforms? Take the next step in your career by joining our team as the Assistant Director for Voice and AV.

This exciting role within the Enterprise Technology Group (ETG) at The Administrative Review Tribunal can be located in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Sydney or Perth.

This role is an ongoing opportunity, however non-ongoing for up to 12 months with the possibility of extension up to 2 years may be considered.

Remuneration: The annual salary range for the position is EL1 - $121,755- $143,202 p.a., plus a generous employer superannuation contribution of 15.4%.

About the opportunity

Operating within a culture that values innovation and professional development, the Assistant Director, Voice and AV works closely with IT teams to provide strong leadership and expert advice for critical ICT systems.

The role contributes to the achievement of strategic outcomes and measurable benefits through effective collaboration with ETG Directors, stakeholders and operational teams, delivering structured insights and continuous improvement in service delivery.

This is a hybrid role with flexible work arrangements, requiring a minimum of one regular day per week in the office.

Key Experience

* Experience overseeing the planning, installation, maintenance and acceptance of new and updated infrastructure components and infrastructure‐based services in Teams Rooms Pro and supporting server systems.
* Substantial experience providing definitive and expert advice in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro, Microsoft Teams Voice, Microsoft Teams Queues and Avaya Systems.
* Experience leading continuity of service delivery, ensuring agreed service levels, security requirements and other quality standards are met.
* Proven understanding of user experience design, and the adoption of practices to improve user experience.
* Experience working with business and technical stakeholders to analyse needs, manage expectations, and maintain effective working relationships that support the delivery and ongoing improvement of applications and services.

Qualifications

* Academic qualification (degree, postgraduate) in technology and/or aligned qualifications.
* Vocational certification in modern technologies (e.g., cloud, software, platforms).
* Requirement to undertake an Australian Federal Police Check and complete a health declaration.
* The ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
