About the role Responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish. Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes. Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project programme targets. Ensure OHS standards are adhered to. Support from the CA, PM and Director. Your Background Experience site managing new build or extension tier 3 commercial projects from start to finish. Ability to read and interpret plans. A sound understanding of foundation and structural building. A keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality. Positive attitude with the right temperament. Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme. What’s on offer Employment with a commercial builder with strong project pipeline. $115,000 - $130,000 Super, based on years of experience.
