At Sodexo, we're expanding our team and seeking service-driven individuals to join us as Chef Managers. This is your chance to work with a global facilities management leader while enjoying the benefits of a 14 days on, 14 days off roster based in South Australia
What you'll do:
* Manage staffing in consultation with the Operations Manager
* Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and implement cost minimization measures where possible.
* Rostering & leading on site teams
* Daily reporting
* Proven experience across management and in mass-catering environments, including preparing meals for breakfast, dinner, crib, and pastries.
* HACCP expertise combined with strong leadership and organisational skills.
* A passion for driving high-quality culinary experiences.
About You
* Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights
* FIFO or remote site experience desirable, but not essential
* Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery
* Physically fit and able to work long shifts (up to 11 hours)
* You will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 months
* Ability to endure remote environments in extreme weather conditions
* Must pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
