The Role
This position will suit a skilled Support Coordinator looking to broaden their skillset to Team Management in Lismore and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for client outreach and growth, providing support, ensuring quality and safeguarding, and fostering the development of their team.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting clients in achieving their goals through strength-based and person-centred planning.
* Coordinating NDIS packages and establishing meaningful connections within the community for clients.
* Rostering, leading and motivating a team of Support Workers to deliver exceptional services.
Requirements
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, NDIS Orientation Certificate, Current Drivers Licence, Working With Children Check.
* Proven ability to work with people with disabilities, supporting them to achieve their goals.
* Experience in administration and IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
* A natural leader and communicator, able to inspire their team and build strong relationships with families, stakeholders, and the broader community.
