Franquette Crêperie located in Bowral in the heart of the Southern Highlands, is seeking a talented and creative Chef to join our kitchen to help us deliver the authentic French crêpe experience we have become known for.

Franquette Crêperie opened in October 2023 and has quickly become a favourite for locals and visitors alike. Open 7 days for breakfast, lunch and dinner, we serve authentic French galettes and crêpes, are fully licensed and also offer BYO.
About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Chef to join our busy kitchen team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be preparing and cooking a wide range of sweet crêpes and savoury galettes, along with other seasonal menu items. You'll work closely with our senior chefs to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes and keep service running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard of quality, presentation and consistency
* Assist with daily prep and kitchen organisation
* Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene practices
* Support the team during busy service periods
* Contribute ideas for specials and seasonal menu updates
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a fast paced environment
* An interest in, or willingness to learn, French cuisine and crêpe-making techniques
* Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering great food
