About the Position: Our client is looking for a Senior Associate (5 PAE) with strong back-end construction experience to join our clients’ team within a highly regarded Construction, Projects & Infrastructure practice. You’ll work closely with experienced partners on complex, high-value matters across Queensland and nationally, including: Significant construction and engineering disputes Contractual claims, delay and disruption, variations and defects Security of Payment and adjudication-related strategy Risk management and dispute avoidance advice for major projects Acting for builders, principals, developers, subcontractors and insurers This is a role for someone who enjoys sophisticated disputes, sharp drafting, and being trusted with real responsibility—while being rewarded properly for it.
