Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate real-time responses to incidents, ensuring swift, safe, and effective resolution with a focus on minimising customer impact.
* Develop and maintain incident response plans, identifying process improvement opportunities and seeking ways to improve the reliability of the network.
* Represent the organisation in emergency management forums and provide timely reports and advice to senior leaders.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating and influencing response partners to advocate for quick clearance of incidents and seamless collaboration during planned works and unexpected events.
Working Conditions:
This is a permanent, full-time position located at our office. The successful candidate will undertake regular travel throughout the region and be required to work outside of normal working hours, weekends, and public holidays as required, including rotating on-call shifts.
