Regional Group Australia (RGA) is a leading independent Australian construction material producer across regional NSW, VIC & QLD.
RGA are seeking an experienced and reliable Quarry Operator to be based at our Forbes Quarry in the Central West region.
Duties include, but not limited to:
* Mobile plant operation including Water Cart, Front End Loader, Dump Truck and Excavator
* Carry out daily quarry operations and regular maintenance of various vehicles, plant and equipment.
* Complete daily pre-start checks on plant
* Participate in daily toolbox talks
* Develop a thorough understanding of Maas Group WHS policies and procedures
* Follow all instructions from Quarry Supervisor.
Required skills and experience:
* Various plant experience including front end loader and excavator
* White Card
* MR licence
* Experience working in a quarry environment
* Use of initiative, proactive and organised approached to work
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment prior to commencement on site.
* Potential for full-time work for the right applicant after trial period
