About the Role
You will work as part of a professional two-person team across:
* Vacate and end-of-lease cleans
* Pre-rental inspection cleans
* Ongoing residential properties
* Occasional light gardening and lawn maintenance
Hours may range from part-time to full-time depending on workload.
Flexibility is essential. Availability for short-notice shifts and some weekend work is required as part of this role.

About You
* You are someone who:
* Has previous residential or commercial cleaning experience
* Takes pride in exceptional presentation and detail
* Works efficiently without compromising standards
* Follows structured systems and checklists
* Communicates professionally with clients
* Is physically capable and motivated
* Works effectively in a team environment
* Leadership or supervisory experience will be highly regarded
* Current Driver Licence
* National Police Clearance must be obtained before starting employment
* Ability to travel between properties across Perth
* Must have Australian work rights
* References may be requested during the recruitment process
