Role Description
We are seeking a detail-orientated and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Gosford, NSW. This full time, on-site position is crucial for ensuring the smooth running of daily administrative operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and a basic understanding of IT processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support & Office co-ordination
- Invoicing, ordering and quotations
- Operations Support (Dispatching and receiving)
Required Qualifications
- Administrative assistance and office administration experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly phone-based customer service
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Punctual
- Basic understanding of IT terminology
- Experience with financial software (Xero experience preferred)
- Comfort with various software platforms
Experience & Education
- Minimum 1 year office administration experience
- Experience in IT technical environment (Preferred)
- Relevant certification in Office Administration or related field
- Technology aware
- Completed HSC
- Australian work authorisation (Required) Must be Australian resident
- Australian Drivers License

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year depending on experience and education
